Our pricing is set per user. Discounts are applied to subscription deals entering a multi-year and/or multi-user status.

We offer a fair pricing schedule, allowing you to add new users during your subscription. These users will be billed at the start of your subscription period.

Please note, as a UK-based business, our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT). If you're in a different timezone, response times may vary, but we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.

As part of your subscription, you will receive immediate access to all system updates as they’re released, along with continued customer support to assist you whenever needed.

How many diagrams can I build?

All customers have unlimited diagrams.

Permissions for diagrams can be set and range from read-only to full editing access.

Create an organised work platform, structuring your Bowtie Master account with multiple projects, folders, and diagrams, all fully customisable to suit your process.

How many devices can we use Bowtie Master on?

Answer

All Salus Suite products are hosted on the cloud. Any device with a secure internet connection should be able to access Bowtie Master at anytime, anywhere.

Will our data be private and safe?

Answer

Yes! You and your users’ data are yours and yours alone. They’re safe with us. We do not, and will never, sell or share this data with anyone else. Our servers are hosted in Microsoft Azure, and we are ISO 27001 accredited.
