To enable a user’s account follow these steps.
Step 1: Once logged into Bowtie Master head to the Users Menu.
Step 2: Navigate to the User you wish to enable or disable and click on the ellipsis found on the action column. Click on EDIT USER.
Step 3: Untick the Disabled field and click SAVE button.
